Event

For their spring concert, Collegium Musicum continues to incorporate the Music Department Theme of the year: Migrations by focusing on the music of Spain and Mexican Baroque. Many of the earliest composers in Spanish colonial Mexico came from the Iberian Peninsula, creating a repertoire based in the European tradition but infused with elements of indigenous rhythms and dances.
