The Department of Music is beyond thrilled for Dr. Guthrie Ramsey, Edmund J. and Louise W. Kahn Term Professor of Music, one of the newest members of the extraordinary American Academy of Arts & Sciences. Academy members are world leaders in the arts and sciences, business, philanthropy, and public affairs. They are based across the United States and around the world who explore challenges facing society, identify solutions, and promote nonpartisan recommendations that advance the public good.
